1. Acceptance

By using Neurabeach, you agree to these Terms and our Content Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Independent platform

Neurabeach is an independent community platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Neuralink Corp. or any medical device manufacturer. Content on this site must not claim to run on, modify, or directly interface with Neuralink implants or any other medical brain implant. Nothing here is Software as a Medical Device (SaMD). Always obtain appropriate regulatory approval before using any software with medical implants.

3. User content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Neurabeach a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content on the platform. You represent that you have rights to share the content and that it complies with our Guidelines — including bans on implant software and medical claims.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not upload, link to, or promote software intended to run on, modify, or directly interface with medical brain implants; make unapproved medical claims; distribute malware; harass others; or violate law.

5. No medical advice

Content is for information, education, research, and computer-side tooling only. Nothing on Neurabeach is medical advice or a medical device. Consult qualified professionals and regulators for clinical matters.

6. Moderation

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or refuse service at our discretion, especially for guideline violations.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of third-party projects listed on the platform. You use downloaded software at your own risk.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
